Arrests like this have been going on in California since 1996. Compassion to the DEA means they won't hog-tie the arrestee.
As far as the DEA is concerned if all 50 states had MMJ laws and there was still a federal ban on cannabis they'd still be arresting folks.
What keeps these asshats in business is the fact that they say there is no proof that cannabis that can be used medically, but when some research group asks to do a study, guess who has the final say, yup the DUH, I mean DEA |
