low to mid 60's isn't too bad. it's certainly not going to kill your plants by any means. consider how often temps drop below that at night during a regular outdoor season. although they aren't quite optimal temps for growing, and that is the goal of indoor growing.. the perfect conditions to grow in. depending on the size of your space, have you considered a small space heater? or if your in a smaller are perhaps one of those electric heating pads for you back. they have different settings, so you could even control how much you warm it up still..
