I was just thinking... I live enar a bunch of orchards of all kinds of fruit... it woudln't surprise me if there was ethylene already preasent in some concentrations above average in my area... Around harvest time for the apples the entire area can smell like rotten fruit and firmenting(sp?)

If there was a critical time that could be pinpointed for the genetic switch for male/female I could coordinate some efforts as a studdy with possibly a group of a growers... or wait we're doing that already duhh...
