Mary Jane Update

Hey guys, I wanted to update this once I had some kinks worked out and light-proofing done, etc.

MAIN ADDENDUM: When attaching ducting, fans, or any sort of metal device to your PP door use Aluminum Tape. This stuff is clutch.. and duct tape will only let you down. The alum tape is durable and strong as hell and will keep your stuff locked down tight.

As for light proofing, I ended up sealing the top and sides of the PP completely with staples and tape, then I lined the bottom of the doors with velcro. This proved to be a great way to lightproof the bottom without making it a hassle to get in and out of the grow room.

A side note, I ended up using a blower and used the duct fan for intake to keep the temps at a nice healthy level.

Here's how it looks now:

It might look a little jankity without vent piping but quite honestly I don't need it. The blower's angle doesn't let any real light into the room and the outer door I have takes care of everything else when mostly closed.

However, if you have a case without an outer door to help cover and have light that might affect your grow, all this would need is a couple bends of vent piping and a layer over the zipper and you'd be just fine.
