Hey, try to look at the bright side of this. Maybe with another thc pill on the market, they'll have to reschedule pot. It should be scheduled down to 2 right now because of marinol alone. Has this issue ever been raised in a court case. It either has medicinal value or it doesn't, and the FDA says it does, so therefore marijuana has medicinal value in the same way that cocaine does. Cocaine is schedule 2 right? Am I making sense here?
