i've seen this happen with some strains. I dont think she'd actually go through with flowering but it looks like she wants to start producing flowers eh?

My guess is rootbound, transplanting into a larger pot or doing some root trimmming should stimulate fresh vegetative growth.

although my original solution to the problem I believe was to cut clones and restart the mother from clone.
