i was busted in (awhile ago)and did 5 years its not that bad
actually it sucked big time but i was growing 200 plants and the feds picked up the case ....if the feds do pick up your case the most you'll get is 21 months maybe...mandatory minimums dint kick in until 100 plants now if the state picks up your case then i would definitely do some research and see what your states laws are
