Here's the info from the norml site for Missouri if it helps at all:
Sale or manufacture of 5 grams or less of marijuana is a felony, punishable by up to seven years in prison and a fine of up to $5,000. Geeze I wonder what Missouri does with drunk drivers that kill people - probation?
