yeah, i looked up the missorri revised code and it was the same as the norml article, i dunno i thought that was so harsh it must be some kind of mistake. It is rediculous, under 5 grams is still a felony just a class b one. Unbelievable, any type of MJ related offense in that state seems to be a felony. The governor should smoke a fat one to his a$$. Cultivating in any amount is a Class A felony, thats right up there with aggravated burglary, armed robbery, rape and murder. Am I living in the twilight zone or what?? Serenity, seriously, get the best atty you can no matter what it cost, a good atty should be able to spot a loophole if there is one, and at the very least get you the lightest sentace possible. I'd hate to say it but if the laws were like that in ohio I would not even think about growing. I might as well be manufacturing herion and injecting in into the police chiefs underage duaghter.
