I looked it up, they consider it involuntary manslaughter, a class c felony and is punishable by no more than 7 years. I guess they've been trying to change it to a class b felony and punishible with 5 to 15 years since 97' but It seems they just havn't gotten around to it yet because they were too busy busting all these hardcore potheads. Man whoever writes the laws in that state must have his/her head so far up thier ass that thier stomach is tied in a knot.
Grow or possess more than 5 grams of pot = 10+ years
Get drunk and kill somoene = no more than 7 years
So am I to assume, according to this logic that If I murder and rape someone I can expect probation????
