Supercropping is a form of LST. Topping and Fimming is usually refered to as High Stress Training. SOG usually no training is done because the plants (clones) would be from the same mother plant so the plants are close to being identical in growth; also this method usually more plants are being grown to use up the space of the lighting footprint. SCROG can include topping and Low Stress Training (Supercropping) stem bending the plant back into the screen. It's a way to maximize your lighting by trying to keep an even canopy; so you can try different methods of training or don't train at all and yes all types of training usually involve more effort by the plant and the grower.
