There are different types of hash.

The main 3 (or at least that I can think of at the moment) are:

Dry Sifted Hash (Keif)

Bubble Hash (Ice Water Extraction)

Honey Oil or Hash Oil

They all have to do with how they are made. And pretty much any hash made using a solvent is called Honey Oil or Hash Oil.
