The growth time from bean cracking to dicot leaves is usually like 24-48 hrs...I don't really see much point in trying to make that any faster. Once the bean has developed past those leaves you can then provide optimum growing conditions. Different nute combinations IMO are like steroids. But H202 works well because (I think) it works as a disinfectant therefore not allowing any bacteria to prevent germination.
I've rarely had seeds not crack using paper towel method maybe <%10. Once the bean was cracked I've never had problems. I've never used any heating pad either. Just used the heat from the lighting.
The biggest thing
with
seedling/germination/clones sized plants is care. You need to constantly monitoring them (2-4 times per day). You have no allowance for error..it gets to hot/cold/wet/dry..and you have no chance to recover the plant will die. This is even more
critical when using non soil mediums.
