Here are few tips:

1) choose a brunch that has at least a 3/16" stem
2) do not keep the clone for too long in open air
3) try to cut/dip/coat/plant, in less than a min.
4) leave the first node of the brunch on the mother plant
5) use a dome with air capacity of at least 2 cu.ft.
6) do not open the dome more than once a day
7) do not spray them with water after the initial spray
8) if they root in 7 days they wont need water either until transplant

I think that about covers the cloning from a clone mom.
