You could do the 'cup thing. I've seen that work however a cheep' 40 dollar ultrasonic fogger from K Mart or any other 'Mart' will not only keep the room nice for clones but sweet for early veg. True ultra fine mist (2-5 Microns is what you want) will make the younguns' shine with the proper food and environment.

Like H Raizer says though there might be more going on there. Dial everything in as well as the environment. RH is just one issue for sure here. Low RH makes my new starts wilt. Overfeeding will make them look like yours. Combine the two and throw in too much light too soon and I believe you get those kind of messed up leaves....lockout and so on

Heck you might have some disease in that space..hard to tell for sure from just internet pics..
