the 'focus' on ethylene gas, ignores what i hinted in my poem; a bannana and it's decomposition produces compounds and processes beyond gas to leaf.
bannanas are high in pottassium, which upon putrefication would migrate to the root zone? it helps flowering, so does it promote female flowers?
