I am running a colchicine test. I started from seeds I crossed my self.
Long story short it appears I have at least 3 out of 10 being male (maybe a couple more will show today/tomorrow)
Each of the 10 plants was topped prior to going 12/12 and the clones are doing well.
Would it be worth it to grow the clones out a bit using a banana and go to 12/12 to see if the sex might reverse itself?

If you could reverse the sex of a clone then that would really be something!
I have two clones right now that were from male plants as well, maybe i should add to them to the test.
...from what i've read about the banana religion the critical window is hypothesized to be between 3-4 weeks post germination. In all likelihood the clones were taken after that point (i know mine were). If
has the ability to responde to chemical triggers in the environment that influence the sex phenotype, then i wonder if this so called window has already opened and closed for a clone?
