Yer plans sound great SB...
I've tried growing WW outdoors here at least twice and I just don't have enough heat to make it a success here. Only got an ounce off a plant in a 5 gallon bucket.

If you're planning on setting out plants that have started inside I'd recommend that you wait until late April to go outdoors with them.
Assuming you want to avoid a re-vegging scene from putting them
out too early.

Out too early, the light will put them right into flower mode and then
as the days lengthen into summer they will go back into veg mode.

That is not a good thing as most people, who've dealt with it, will
tell you.
I love that people are focused early...

It's too early to plant and for many too early to prepare soil but
it's not too early to find the right spot. If the spot is getting full
sun now then you will be in great shape during late flowering this
fall.
