Added Level 4 Separator Chain to Reduce Large Branch Shadowing | | The canopy looks good on the Five Big Bud clones first introduced in Post #4. Some of the taller, bushier branches were shadowing some of the smaller. I felt that a little tweaking would be in order.
I added a Separator Level 4 chain. The new level forms a screen of 1.5" x 3" squares across the canopy.
To separate plant tops left and right, I added Training Sticks. One stick was added to each double-link in the chain. Each double-link is 1.5 inches.
To separate plant tops front to back, I dropped Separator sticks onto the new sticks. Each stick just floats on the Training sticks below. There are six Separator sticks spanning the cabinet. Six Separator sticks divide the canopy into Seven rows. The cabinet is about 21" deep so the Six sticks create Seven 3" rows.
Photos show Five Big Bud clones at 39 days flowering.

Reason: There are only five clones. Sixth died in transplant.
