Of course, if someone gets busted with a grow he looses his gun permit for life. |
you only lose your rights for a period of years, after that time you can reapply for your rights as a citizen.
you are correct about not catching charges for legally owned weapons. i know this personally to be true.
just to clarify im no tree hugger, im a big fan of guns and personal protection, however a weapon that is unloaded and locked away is utterly useless.
keep your personal protection close, loaded, cocked and locked. but if it not within your arms reach the weapon is not under your control. no matter what you may tell yourself. sure you feel in control because you are in your home, but the second someone kicks in the door all that goes to shit. believe me your mind wont allow you to process which gun is stashed where. is he armed? did he grab one of mine?... thats all out the window.
when the tunnel vision begins you better hope your piece is on your hip and ready.
anything that takes longer than draw, aim, fire will cost you your life.
