400w anyways i wouldnt worry. if you dont make the entire neighborhood stink like pot and show all your friends your grow you will be fine. dont even sweat it. its perfectly legal to have a 400 watt light in your house, now when they fly over a house and see 15 1000w lights they know something is up.
i was always under the impression they needed a warrant before scoping out your house with FLIR. no idea if im right or wrong on that one though.

makes sense about leo now. about the ceiling and roof, i meant roof. that light is literally hanging from the roof. im also getting an inline fan exhausting out of an existing hole in roof for odor control. perhaps that will stink the yard on a hot day?? houses are close together here.
