My brother is friends with a Humboldt County Sherriff, and she told him that they're so busy with 40, 60, and 100K plant grows on public land (and often run by Mexican drug cartels) that they don't even flinch for anything smaller.
I seem to recall FLIR can be used without a warrant in the UK and Canada, but not the US. |
