for sure... its a very common mistake for ppl who use PPM only. Id stick to EC only... that way we are all speaking the same language. I use the "feed daily" routine, or "every other day" when they peak, and never go over an EC of 1.7 on a hanna pen. Its all about the TOTAL disolved solids added throughout the bloom cycle that really matters. Learned it from a university study i posted here a while back. Its a great find. It all depends on the size/number of plants. It works better than any other feeding method ive tried. Very simple too.. its more about watching daily movements in EC and PH rather than having hard numbers to go by. Ill make a thread on it when i get a minute. Im sure it will be useful to all newbies!
