Tripps, I think you and grass_hopper are correct. I single plant will only put out what it was designed to put out, if you will. However, our goal as growers is to get maximum output from what we put into the grow. There are styles of growing and things that happen that actually lower the output and some that increase the bud production. The trick is to get to know your strains. Grow a strain 5 or 6 or a dozen times and you will begin to learn exactlyu what that strain needs and when. Whether that be LST, Topping, FIM'ing, certain nute regimes, etc, is up to the grower to find out through trial and error. Not every plant will give you a pound every time you bend her over. If it were only that easy..................
