I have just gone through this. My primary care Dr. signed the application, It is just a bit unnerving opening up to someone (the Dr.) that
you are using and that you would like his approval for the state license.
Dr.s are required to keep your medical information confidential so asking a "small town Dr" should not be an issue. you being in a Med. state, the Dr. should be open to discuss it, and approve it for you. you just have to be upfront with him.
Is your condition one of the "approved" illness that MMJ is used to treat ? in my state only a limited number of conditions are accepted.
