the spray formula i gave above is amazingly mild in smell.
as a matter of fact, it only really gets ripe if left for a couple of days. a fresh batch is almost un-noticeable.
i was turned onto the mix by someone in my area who has tried everything under the sun (at least everything he is willing to try. he has a thing about neem oil...). he also pointed out that the sulphur is useable by the plants, as is the seaweed (he continues with the seaweed bi-weekly as a foliar feed. the plants seem to dig it.). from what i've seen, experienced, and sampled, bud treated with the sulphur/seaweed spray has no adverse taste if the treatment is stopped 4 weeks from harvest.
after trying neem, baking soda, excel lg, burning sulphur, etc, i have found this treatment to be the most effective over prolonged periods (3-4 weeks between treatments), and not at all stressful to my plants.

whatever ya decide to go with, i hope you are successfull at getting that mildew under control. i don't think there's a garden around my area that doesn't have pm. what a pain......

good luck and peace-
