I would say your nutes could be too old yes.
I dealt with a similar issue in the past. I had some older nutes. The solution in the bottle had turned to more of a crystaline.
Looking at it, you really couldnt tell. But shake it up and let it settle, then you could notice it.
I threw all that stuff away and got some fresh nutes.
You could see a difference in the freshness of the liquid.
You are doing a lot of work with a high risk hobby not to do yourself a favor get some fresh nutes.
You got an awesome setup and from what I can tell, the clones may be dead but the plants look healthy.
Keep on truckin, you'll get it right next time with those clones.
