its possible for anyone with access to a pc, to use google maps to look into your backyard if they know who you are and where you live. but, those pics are several years old, not sure how anyone could build a legal case against anyone that might have grown in the past. its not in real time. the plants are prolly long gone by the time someone got nosy enough to go check.
if the government is watching you via satellite in real time, you got bigger problems.
i mean seriously, think about this for a sec, even the gov has trouble keeping up with the guerrilla mj growing on their own land (national parks), how come satellite imagery hasn't pinpointed the location of every mj plant growing on federal land?
