Question Sex ID

Look'n to improve my sex ID skills, I opened one of my favorite guide books online version & need some help.

This sex ID'n came to mind because I was look'n at one of my Chocolate Chunks that is in my bloom room & noticed that spear/arrow type leaf right at the main stem and main leaf area (I forget the technical name) & found page 74 to be along the line of what I am looking for.

Right at the stem I noticed a spear type leaf that I have noticed in past grows. It may be called the Axial Limb, or Staminate Pimordia (page 74 picture), I dont know.

Page 74 and 75 shows what I mean though. Here is the book site.

Maybe this spear leaf is the Axial Limb (top of page 75 picture)?

The spear type leaf thing is shown best on page 74 where it reads "Staminate Pimordia". Just to the right of the red arrow is the spear thing it points up and towards the center of the plant.

Ok on to my question. If this single spear leaf shows up does it indicate a male?

heh... It would also be cool to know what this leaf type thing is called.

I really really would appreciate feedback.
