I have run plenty of aeroflo 60's in my day. The best way is to go from rooted cutting directly into 12/12. DO NOT top. Trim all the growth from the bottom up to the part that will be the main cola. Also picking the right strain is crucial as well. Sativa and aeroflow are not good together, unless you are very good at pruning
