Go ahead and cut. It sounds like the trichs are way you want 'em and you've already done quite the flush. Personally, I've never much worried about the watering aspect. Since they are in Hempy buckets, my plants are harvested from damp medium. Just think...your leaves will be nice and turgid for trimming. Let 'er rip and don't think anymore about it.
