cut above a node. this will stop your main branch, and will allow the others to become more of a canopy, rather than cristmas tree like.
same as lst basically.
just snip off the very top new growth. like between the newest leaves and the last set. right on the stem. try not to nip any thing else. (its like playing doctor).
