First of all, you want each plant in it's own separate pot. That way their roots will not become intertwined & compete fot ferts. Also, culling out males is a lot easier.

Secondly, I wouldn't worry about your seedlings being so small. I have some that age that are even smaller. Yours sound normal.

Since you know what to do about stretching, just be sure to keep that light close.
