Blue is right on all that plus, the above will make more of a difference if you wait til they actually need that water . Depending on the pot size seedlings can take some time to need a drink. I start my seeds in moistened soil in a solo cup and typically do not need to water for 6-8 days. Even at 6" of plant in a solo cup, still only watering every 3-4 days.
