put another rubbermaid next to it, drill a hole in the bottom of both and connect with flood and drain fittings and poly line.
what you are looking for is a controller, or remote res. us anything you want...
hell you could even get a float valve from the hydro store for 10 bucks and attach that to a fresh water supply, or a controller full of nute solution.
