One option is to build support around the tub.
It would require at least 5 sides to it. A bottom and 4 sides. You could do this with some plywood. I would advise if you go with this option that you add some 2' x 4' or such to help support the plywood.
If you do that & make 2 crates, you could stack them and reinforce both in 2 crates.
If my description does not make sense think of a crate box.
