Well it's all kinds of growers here, but if you ask me very few have a license. Thats because the majority of the USA and the word still criminally persecutes MJ even the medical prospect of it, and even if you have a license in USA your not completely legal coz your still breaking federal laws. Hope that changes in the upcoming years....
