Question some problems on the leaves

Hi all
something strange happens on some of the leaves on my outdoor plant
A lot of little holes, surrounded by yellowing edges. What kind of insect can do that?
I have already experienced some problems with slugs - btw: I recommend the usage of wasted coffee, surrounding the plant, as natural slugs repellent - but this time it seems something different

I'm applying a foliar spray with sodium silicate and amargo - quassia, almost once a week

It seems to work on the most of the plant, anyway I cannot apply it continuosly and it's raining a lot in this season...

What do you think about the holes.... what kind of f***ng insect can do that?
