No sign of sex after 10 days of 12/12

Its been 10 days since flipping to 12/12 and still no sign of hairs or balls.. 2 of the plants are feminised seeds, but the others arent.. But the funny thing is that none of them have shown sex yet.. No light leaks at all either.. The plants were topped/fimmed 2 - 4 times ( varys by plant ). They are 36 days old today. They are all about 13 inches and have stretched about double there size since flipping to 12/12. I am using a HOT5 light and the light kept the nodes really really tight during veg hence the short plant size.. And was topped/fimmed also to keep them short..Im just wondering is it normal for them to take this long to even show sex?
