... a cabinet and a carbon scrubber
A DIY grow cab ... and a small carbon scrubber (in your situation, I would buy a brand name filter to ensure security) will do everything you ask
For a 2x3x7 cab ... get a 200+ cfm fan, a matching scrubber, a 400 watt ... and you are good to grow
Well .... after you do your reading and build the cab
I use a scrubber and never smell my grow ... until I open up the garden
