emergency situations definitely come up. but the fact remains you have rights, and you must make sure people are respecting those rights.

esp. before a grow is started.

like i said the emergency entrance clause is a great loophole for dickheads to kick in your door.

as soon as i occupy an apt i immediately have the locks changed. That should not bother the front office at all, nor do they need to be notified.

if they are following the law, it will be obvious that with 24 hour notification you will have plenty of time to make arrangements or drop a key at the front office.

so basically....put them in the position to kick down your door if there really is an emergency. if there is no legit emergency they are now breaking and entering.

you signed a copy of the landlord tenant act when you signed the lease, you should go through those papers.

if you want to grow in a closet thats cool, but thats the first place people look for plants. a cleverly built wardrobe really is the cats ass of grow rooms. i have a couple stealth cabs layin around just in case.

just search for stealth cabs. the less experience you have in construction the more you should favor prebuilt cabs.

a grow tent in the closet with some urban camo may very well be your best bet if you lack the tools/skills or desire to build something from the ground up.
