Help with some outdoor

Hey, what's up, i'm new here. I'm kind of new to growing as well even though ive tried growing the passed few seasons (and have yielded) a good amount of herb. I'll get straight to the question:

there she is. She showed her sex about a week ago. For some reason my plants flower on one side for at least 3 weeks before the other side begins to. To give you an idea of that spot, it's kind of at a slant, even though it looks leveled. The stock of the plant bends slightly towards where i took the picture (west, north west) Or something.. I did this same spot last year and the exact same thing happen. Thing is i grew two side by side and at the time i assumed that that happened because they werent spaced out. This year its just one, i am no expert but my logic tells me it has to do with this slant in the foundation. It's is very subtle though, just a small hill. Anyways last year i tried straightening it out with a stick however that just kept it straight, but didnt correct the problem. This time around im just baffled and it seems like history is repeating itself. Is it normal for a plant to bud on one side earlier than the other? Could it be just that specific family of plants? Is there anything i can do to fix this? Also the sun sets on the side that buds, could that have anything to do with it?

Last question, i pruned her about 2 and a half weeks ago, she was so happy. Now she looks like she did before i pruned her, as you can see above, shes bushy, should i keep pruning or leave her alone?
