I have never grown dwc, but common sense says you have to handwater them until the roots are long enough to get nutes. Then feeding is constant as your plants drink up thenute solution they are in.
I grow ebb & flow and change the reservoirs once every 7 to 10 days.
As for nutes, I use the GH Grow, Micro & Bloom.
Veg full strength - 3 tsp Grow, 2 tsp Micro, 1tsp Bloom
Transition - 3-3-3
Flowering- 1-2-3
Start seedlings at 1/4 strength and work your way up as the plants will tolerate it.
