Hey Guys, Hope you can help identify this problem so I can take immediate action!

I took clones 2 weeks ago, and overall they were doing fairly well. I lost a bunch of them because I didn't open the tops of the dome, but other than that they're rooted well and showing new growth.

Yesterday I gave them a flush feeding of root juice along with some foliar spray of Superthrive B1, the usual. But this morning a bunch of them are keeling over, and have these white blotches on the surface of the leaves. There is also some webbing, which looks different from spider mite webs. Its white and unorganised.

Could it be mold? Another type of bug? Should I leave the dome lid on or air them out? Should I flush them with water?

Hopefully you guys can answer a couple of these questions. Thanks

I'll post pics in another post, its not letting me load them
