Has anyone used anything like this, in place of traditional Grow Shop IR Block?

Ultra Touch 4 Ft. x 75 Ft. Radiant Barrier

UltraTouch Natural Cotton Radiant Barrier is a lightweight, foil faced, fire retardant blanket-type insulation with multiple uses. UltraTouch Natural Cotton Radiant Barrier, made from durable natural recycled fibers, offers excellent thermal and acoustical performance and carries a Class A or Class 1 rating.

* Superior acoustical performance
* Reflects up to 97% of radiant energy
* Reduces heating and cooling costs
* Easy to use and install
* Class A (Class 1) Fire Rating
* No Itch or Skin Irritation
* Durable recycled natural fiber padding
* Versatile product with multiple uses

Can anyone shed any light on these specs? What does Class A/Class 1 fire rating mean? Is this product comparable to the traditional IR Block sold in HydroShops? There are actually a few brands, that all make the same claims. Some claim to prevent mold and resist condensation.
