Red face what's 'maths'? lol

so not much help with such equations sorry; will put it on my homework list to find you some info though.

i like to water mid morning, lights on being morning and off being night.

the pots are warmed up, so plants looking for something to do with their day, are 'awake'.

morning rain means they have all day to use it;

any spillages on foilage can dry out, less chance of mould and excessive night humidity,

you are not putting water on a hot plant shocking it,

jobs done leaving rest of shift for other chores, can see results by end of shift.

ideal temp of water according to MattD is 22 degrees, i do not have a thermometer, but try and have the water warmer than freezing.

[do not put a 20 litre plastic container close to fire to do this; they melt] lol

morning is a good time to spot and catch any critters disturbed by watering, about my resoning, oh, it's nice to sit there in the morning, dampness in the air, watching the plants grow, whispering 'thankyou for breakfast Nigel'. lol nigel
