Irregular brown spots on one leaf

Is this going to be a problem? It's just one leaf on my Sadhu. Everything else on the plant looks pretty good:

I'm wondering if maybe I just banged the leaf, but normally when that happens, the leaf heals. This is getting worse, but not fast.
