I used my Gov issued unemployment debit card
to order my 150w hps & some panda film. I would never use it to buy seeds or anything specific to mj. Grow equipment isn't illegal to own, just be smart. If I were buying enough shit to start a business, I might be looking over my shoulder. But for a handful of plants for my personal use. I'm not too worried. Cautious, but never paranoid.
@ I believe MK is correct, I know I had to give my SS# for both of my prepaid netspend cards I got from my local Speedway. The cards you buy from the store should be temporary, after you get it you go to the site & set up your account info & they send you one with your name on it and such...
