its the nutes in the soil they have a problem with.

the soil isnt the worst shit ever..but generally full of junk, bugs and whatever else.

you would be better off getting the big 2 dollar bag of top soil, and cutting it with perlite, peat and whatever else you want..like worm castings, or **** meals etc.

if you are running your own nute schedule you dont really need to add any types of ferts to the soil. just make it light and airy.
