I know im new, But what size is your shed that you feel it is nessesary to run a 200amp panel if i remmember correctly 1000Watt light is equal to 9 amps it sounds like that 200 watts is overkill.

If you have that kind of money around by all means do it, you will never regret it but I think that 100 amps would be plenty
